If you or someone close to you is in a difficult situation, Sevap can help you raise funds or connect you with people who offer professional help free of charge. Applying is free.
Who can apply
- People in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania and Greece.
- The person in need themselves, a family member, or an association on their behalf.
- Medical treatment, rebuilding after a disaster, education, assistive devices and emergencies.
What to prepare
- An identity document of the organiser.
- A short description of the situation and what is needed.
- Documents: medical reports, a quote or pro-forma invoice.
- Details of who should be paid (hospital, builder, supplier).
Four steps from a request to real help
Request
A person in need — or someone on their behalf — describes the situation and attaches documents.
Check
We verify identity, documents and who gets paid, together with trusted local partners.
Campaign
The campaign goes public. Donors see every update and how much has been raised.
Direct payout
We pay the hospital, builder or supplier against an invoice and publish the receipt.
What we do not publish
- Fortune-telling, magic or other esoteric services.
- Treatments without a medical basis.
- Political or religious campaigns.
- Campaigns that would harm the dignity of the person in need.

The online application form will open together with donations. Until then, write to us and we will reply in your language.
Medical and personal documents are seen only by the team checking your request and are never published without your consent.
